Chairman of its Washington office. After the merger (2004) with Goodwin Procter, chairman of its Washington office and general counsel of Goodwin Procter LLP. Selected by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America as one of the country’s leading business litigation lawyers. Since April 2017, retired partner of Procter Goodwin LLP.
